NetZero is a COMPLETELY fraudulent company that has LEGIONS of unhappy ex-customers who are unhappy for A VAST number of reasons, whether it's because of getting billed again 3 months after supposedly cancelling their account, or unreliable service, or having their memberships cancelled for no reason. there are even Yahoo email groups devoted to unhappy NetZero customers. Check complaints.com or consumeraffairs.com for more information.

Maybe you haven't looked at all, because there are so many complaints about Netzero, it is staggering. Do a Google search for netzero and complaints, and you will see quite an impressive list of complaints. I for one an one of them. The service (which I pay for) is comepletely unreliable and they say they have popup blockers, etc to prevent spyware, but I have had more popups with their software than before it, and that is when I am lucky enough to be online. Don't even try to do a software update with netzero, it will disconnect you after about 15 minutes. This is the worst company EVER!!
