Posted 07/16/05 - 14:04:40: This site is very good; however, I think that they should require participants to write a thorough essay that meets the critera of what the website (date.com) asks for (i.e. give a description of yourself & the person that you are seeking). I found that the essay portion of some profiles are too brief and/or not very good to base a decision on (other than physical appearance--if a picture is attached--or salary--if they answered that question) whether or not to hit the button [show interest]. Try it though. It's a nice site; however, in order to send and reply to emails, you must join as a Gold member. There are different prices that you can choose from. The 3 month price of $49.99 is the better bargain, in my opinion.
